Restored products are uniquely crafted items that are refurbished using selected second-hand components. Because each restored product is specially prepared, they are considered custom-made items, and therefore returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted only if:
- There is a production-related defect caused on our side,
- A part of the product does not match the style or features you selected during purchase,
- An incorrect model was delivered to you.
