You can return the products you purchased within 14 days of purchase with the return information you will request. International shipments are not included in this scope.

Products are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the delivered product is different from the style you selected during personalization.
