Standard Shipping and Returns
Your order will be prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Depending on the shipping process, your package will be delivered within 6–12 days. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status at any time using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Restored products are uniquely crafted items that are refurbished using selected second-hand components. Because each restored product is specially prepared, they are considered custom-made items, and therefore returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions.
Returns are accepted only if:
- There is a production-related defect caused on our side,
- A part of the product does not match the style or features you selected during purchase,
- An incorrect model was delivered to you.
In such cases, our support team will assist you immediately and provide the necessary guidance.
