WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?
We typically process returns/exchanges within 24-72 hours upon receiving your package.

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you choose, but usually take 7-14 days.
WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
We pay duties and taxes on all packages, but if your country of residence has a problem with your package, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the country's laws.
(we would like to point out that our current customers have not encountered such a problem. we have only mentioned this to inform you).
RETURNS - EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN - EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we constantly strive to provide the highest quality products possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a Return or Exchance it for another style within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all original tags attached.
Except for quality issues, we reserve the right of return and exchange for purchases outside our country (United Kingdom) due to customs clearance.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
Please note that we do not provide a shipping label on returns.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address provided to you via email.
REFUND PROCESSES
The tracking number is required once you send it back. Otherwise, the order will lose the refund service.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
Except for quality issues, special merchandise does not participate in the return policy.
